sprained my ankle.. AGAIN!)=
during trainin today. crap. no swelling, but hurts a bit when i walk. it sucks. weitai, its not ur fault! haha. all mine. stupid me. oh and kang lei injured his ankle too so i know i'm not the only one out.

its throbbin a bit now. gonna ice it soon. wonder if i can make it for mystery saturday at church later on. hope it a movie so i won't miss out. and can still go for dinner. and hopefully its gets better by tmr so can actually make it for trainin on thursday. with the nyjc ppl. haven't trained with them at all this year so it should be a good prac. youth camp next week and i'm missing out because of all the pracs next week=( bullcrap.

wonder how long its gonna take for me to get better. the last time around in june it took like 2 or 3 weeks and when i came back my shooting sucked REAL BAD.hopefully it won't be so this time when i come back. wish me well everyone. haha. i guess.
